I didn't comment on your original post about Annie Jacobsen's article and later wished that I had. My problem with her article, and with most responses to it, is that it was based entirely in racism. We are a living in a big world and the United States is a country where people visit. Middle Eastern people should be no more suspect than some one from Europe or honestly some one from Canada. Even reading her article critically all these men did is was socialize with one another and use the bathroom--hardly illegal behavior. People in the United States have used this article to claim that terrorists are doing dry-runs for more attacks but there simply is no evidence that is even happening. I am sorry to leave such a long comment but I was just surprised that you were buying into those assumptions. I have been lurking here a while and have really come to enjoy what you do here.
